Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into 12 inch florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into even 1–2 inch florets.
  3. Toss the florets in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  5. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

  7. Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer.

Notes

Always preheat your air fryer to maximize crispiness., Cut florets evenly for uniform cooking., Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket for better airflow and crunch., Try different spices like cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, or red pepper flakes for flavor variety., Toss cooked florets with sauces like buffalo or drizzle with soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds for different tastes., Leftovers keep up to 3 days refrigerated in an airtight container., Reheat in an air fryer at 350–400°F (175–200°C) for 3–7 minutes, shaking once halfway, to regain crispiness., You can partially cook the florets ahead and finish cooking before serving for meal prep., Blanch and freeze cauliflower florets for longer storage; cooked florets may lose some crispness when frozen.
